Project Description

Phase 5 of the UCLH Project was the development of a state-of-the-art facility to provide a leading centre of excellence for the diagnosis, treatment and care of ear, nose, throat, dental and oral diseases and head and neck cancers in both adults and children.

Overall the building consists of 6 levels above ground and 3 levels below. Plantrooms are located on the lower floors with the clinical departments and support areas located on the upper floors. The project provides flexible accommodation allowing future changes  of function & maximised   clinical areas that can be easily maintained.

The Scope of Work includes the design, install and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services throughout the building. The Building contains facilities including an Imaging suit with MRI and two cone beam scanners, procedure rooms & treatment bays.
