Exercising our duty of care.
We recognise that we have a duty of care to everyone who works for us and with us – both directly and indirectly – and for the communities we work among. We insist on the same high standards from our contractors and suppliers.

Respect for the individual

We foster an ethos that enables all our people to enjoy the working environment, respect, support and opportunities they need to get satisfaction from their work and achieve their potential.

Respect for the environment

Our work requires us to be energy efficiency experts, and we work closely with our clients to design these efficiencies and sustainabilities into the projects we undertake. On a day-to-day level, we take waste management very seriously and implement effective systems for minimum wastage, maximum recyclability and responsible disposal.

Good community relations

We enjoy contributing to the communities in which we live and work, not only by causing as little disruption to their lives as possible, but also by supporting local events and projects. We encourage our people to take part in local campaigns to raise funds for worthy causes, and to offer their time and skills to these causes.
