Project Description

The provision of a cGMP Commercial Production Biologics Facility to be built on its site. The facility shall be a multi-product manufacturing facility for the production of Mab-type bulk Drug substances under cGMP conditions with high operational efficiency.

The Project will consist of a new four story Production Building and utilities Building built within the existing operational plant.

Scope Of Works

The DEL scope includes the design, detailed drawings, procurement, supply, testing, packing, delivery, offloading, installation, re-assembly, pre-commissioning inspection and final commissioning of the HVAC system required for the UCB INFLEXIO project which includes but is not limited to the following equipment:

Air diffusion system containing ducting, flow control valves, diffusers etc.
HVAC field equipment such as reheating coils, chilled beams & fan coil units
Electrical cabinets and electrical connections of all HVAC equipment
Fume hoods & Fresh air intake plenums
Active Hydraulic Elements on AHU Manifolds
DCC Regulation and control devices
