Project Description
The Student Centre, Tourism & Catering Studies Building is part of the dramatically curved redevelopment of the Cork Institute of Technology’s North Campus. It’s on two floors, with six teaching kitchens, two production kitchens, a demonstration kitchen, a lecture theatre, computer laboratories, language laboratories, classrooms, staff accommodation and ancillary rooms. Dornan completed the mechanical services installation.

- Large dining hall HVAC including servery, training bar and ‘hotel suite’
