Project Description

Chelsea Barracks phase 4 is located in the Borough of Westminster in London and it is covering an area of 517,000 square feet which provides space for 97 apartments. The 6 storey buildings are linked by three Basement levels (LG01-LG03) which house the Energy Centre plant areas, wellness centre, Pool & Spa, Sports hall and Car Park Space and over ground levels with a two storey penthouse set back at the upper levels. The three residential buildings (Building 6, 7 and 8) are part of Chelsea Barracks Scheme that will be home of 440 apartments within 7 phases

Dornan to provide all Labour, Materials, Equipment, Supervision and other resources as  necessary to properly carry out the contractor design portion (CDP), modularisation, manufacture, delivery, enabling, installation, testing, commissioning, training for the Mechanical BMS and Public Health Package for phase 4.

As lead co-ordinator, Dornan will engage with the Electrical and Sprinkler sub-contractors to ensure a fully clash free model which is verified in line with the employers requirements prior to the commencement of the construction phase of the project.
