M&E Contractor for Redevelopment after the demolition of Bechtel House to provide a part 10/ part 12 storeys building, to include offices (Class B1)Area 242,000 sq/F, retail or restaurants at ground level (Classes A1 ) together with car parking (ground level) and cycle parking (ground and basement level); a separate building unit for retail or restaurant use (public realm works, including the demolition and rebuild of a landscaped podium to the rear, as well as the creation of a plaza and new landscaping fronting Hammersmith Road and highway works.
