Looking ahead to Rás Mumhan 2024, the race kicks off on Good Friday, extending through to Easter Monday. Get ready for familiar terrains and new challenges. Rás Mumhan are considering potential changes to the format, including an earlier start on Friday and the possibility of a fifth stage, adding a new layer of competition.

 

The introduction of a fifth stage is set to intensify the race, covering the breathtaking Cork and Kerry mountains and fast-paced initial stages. As a highly anticipated event for Irish cycling enthusiasts, the race’s format changes will be unveiled in the New Year, with expectations of high demand from national and international teams.
