




Project Description
W5 Regent Street was a demolition and rebuild project behind the listed facades of Nos 1 and 2 New Burlington Street to create 167,000 ft2 of flagship retail and prestige office space, arranged over six floors and two basement levels.
- Full 3D modelling and design validation
- We pre-fabricated large elements of the infrastructure on M&E skid assemblies, combined services modules and riser modules
- The prefabricated skids were supplied with combined lifting lug and castor arrangements to allow easy movement across the floors
- Sensitive management of impacts on the listed facades
- 167,000 ft2 of Grade A offices & retail
- Careful preservation of listed facades
- Record rental rates for the West End
