Complete mechanical installation to new School of Music in Cork
Scope of Works:
HVAC installation to tuition rooms, 2 Auditoria, restaurant, library & offices and all domestic services. Work comprised of LPHW & CHW systems to serve the following: 500 seat auditorium with directional jet nozzle system & dedicated AHU/extract 150 seat auditorium with directional jet nozzle system & dedicated AHU/extract 'Silent system' in recording room & live room utilising AHU's acoustically treated duct to maintain NR 15 in space Full restaurant area services Trench heating system at glass facade Underfloor heating concourse to auditoria All domestic services to toilet blocks Design, selection & installations of chilled beam systems for tuition rooms Liaising with client & client's acoustic consultant to ensure that stringent acoustic & air quality requirements were guaranteed Equipment: 9 AHU's, Extract systems, 44 fancoil units, chiller & 2 boilers
