The Grove, Marylebone Road – London
The Grove is a prominent building on London’s Marylebone Road which underwent complete refurbishment in 2012 to create 25,000ft2 of modern offices over six floors behind its existing façade. Dornan provided mechanical, electrical and public health services, including a full pre-works validation of the building.
