PepsiCo, Cork

In 2013, PepsiCo Worldwide Flavours opened a new R&D facility at Little Island just outside Cork city centre. The project involved a new powder blending facility, including a humidity-controlled clean room, an ambient warehouse and support facilities such as offices and laboratories. Dornan’s mechanical works all had to meet Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) standards.
