Lilly IE28, Cork

Dornan completed the biotech lab fit-out of Lilly’s two-storey IE28 building, with laboratories, offices and support rooms, with all utilities to be tied into existing services. The mechanical systems were planned, coordinated, installed, tested, commissioned and documented to enable the client to fully validate the facility.

• Air handling units and ducting systems
• Chilled water pipework, insulation and cladding
• LPHW pipework, insulation and cladding
• Stainless steel water pipework using orbital welding, with full traceability
• Domestic water pipework
• HVAC and process instrumentation
• Commissioning these systems
