Deutsche Bank, Dublin

In January 2014 Dornan began works on a new project for Deutsche Bank, encompassing mechanical and electrical installations on seven floors, including a new reception, with plant room and switch room upgrades.

Mechanical scope included

  • Ventilation AC systems with Daikin VRV system
  • 165KW gas-fired AHU
  • Rainwater recovery system
  • Fire hose reel protection system, including FHR booster
  • 2500L water tank
  • Mechanical car park ventilation system
  • Cold water storage system
  • BMS control system

Electrical works included

  • LV switchgear and associated sub‐boards
  • Call refuge system
  • Disabled toilet alarm
  • Fire detection system
  • Access control system
  • Installation of 40kVa life safety generator
  • Installation of new VAV units
  • Upgrading of existing BMS system
  • Toilet facilities
