DePuy Synthes Building 2, Cork

Located in Ringaskiddy in County Cork, this was previously the Pfizer tableting plant. Once DePuy took it over it underwent a complete M&E fit-out. Dornan’s scope during this project was predominantly mechanical and BMS.

Project highlights

• Complete installation of all main utility services such as chilled, mains and low-pressure hot water, and compressed air
• Installation of all ductwork systems
• Procurement and installation of all major plant, including chillers, boilers, compressors and AHUs
• Dornan was also responsible for the building management system and control throughout the plant
