In 2011, the Department needed to vacate one wing of their HQ on Marsham Street and retract into the remaining 6-floor block. Dornan was responsible for the design and development of the M&E services, preparation of fully co-ordinated working drawings, supply and installation of plant and materials, including relocating of existing services, removal of redundant services and equipment, testing and setting to work, and commissioning in phases.
