This new facility for Cordis was primarily created to develop and manufacture hi-tech products for coronary care procedures. Dornan won the contract to provide mechanical engineering services.

Responsibilities included

• HVAC air handling units & associated ducting systems
• Process exhaust fans, including stainless steel exhaust lines
• CHW pipework & integration into existing CHW plant
• LPHW pipework & integration into existing LPHW plant
• Cryogenic Nitrogen storage facility & plant
• Installation of compressed air plant
• Process gas pipework
• Domestic water pipework
• Installation of HVAC & process instrumentation
• Air & waterside systems commissioning
