The Franklin Building on Goswell Road was a new development to replace the old sports centre and student accommodation block. It’s a mixed-use scheme with a 400-seater sports hall on the ground floor, gyms and studios around it, with accommodation for 850 students above it, as well as teaching rooms. Dornan completed HVAC, mechanical and electrical design and build contracts from Stage D.
