At Biogen’s Hillerød campus they manufacture biologics and medical devices for export to over 90 countries. Dornan worked on the extension of the site to include additional purification and harvest suites.

Scope of works

• Setting of main switchgears
• Installation of electrical panels and sub-distribution boards
• Normal and emergency lighting system
• Supply and installation of socket system, cables, cable trays and conduits
• Supply and installation of grounding system
• Dismantling and reconnecting activities for the relocation of lighting fixtures, cables, cable trays, conduits, devices and panels
• Install, wire and connect all control, network, solenoid and local panels, instrument and materials for the PCS, BMS, VDS, data and other low current systems
• Supply and install all instrument materials, cabling, tubing, main and secondary trays and containment
• Inspection upon receipt of instruments and equipment, pre-installation testing, testing of instrument cables and loop-checking of all instrumentation
• Tag all off-module and off-skid instruments, cables and tubes
• Installation, wiring and connection of off-module and off-skid instrumentation and associated equipment
