Located in the heart of London’s Harley Street district, this was a challenging project involving the retention of the facades of a terrace of seven late Victorian houses and creating 40,000ft2 of modern office behind them, as well as three luxury apartments. The project achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘excellent’, with sustainable features like ground source heat pumps, photovoltaic roof slates and solar water heating to the apartments.
