Brian Acheson, Oliver Lonergan and Chris McGovern completed a management buy-out of the company.
1994
The Kentech Group was established and acquired Edward Dornan & Co (Engineers) Ltd. The Irish operation was renamed Dornan Engineering Ltd.
1974
The company moved operations to the Republic of Ireland and opened electrical and mechanical divisions.
1966
Edward Dornan & Co. (Engineers) Ltd. was founded in 1966, to serve the chemical and petrochemical industries in Ireland.
