One of the key elements in bringing the project home is effective Project Planning and Cost Control. Dornan Engineering employ the most up to date planning systems available. In house we utilise Primavera, however our Project Planning will liaise with our clients counterpart and adopt whichever system is preferable and most effective.
In order to avoid cost over run, we have developed in house cost control systems, which effectively monitor all elements of cost against budgets.
