Mechanical and Electrical Installation of complete refurbishment / fit out of existing 2000m2 2-storey building at City West, Dublin.
Scope of Works:
Mechanical • Complete BMS controlled air conditioning system incorporating close controlled chilled water down flow units and air-cooled chilling plant. • VRF Installation for office area fit out • FM Fire suppression installation for room and void spaces. • LPHW system, Hot & Cold water system, Soils & Waste, Gas system, Ventilation System Electrical • Incoming 20 kv mv switch and transformer. LV switchgear complete with emergency generator and UPS back up. • Lighting General services, fire detection and security systems integrated with BMS associated works. • Fire Alarm, Lightning Protection • Management and co-ordination partition, ceiling, floor and general builders works to complete the installation.
