Mechanical:
- Complete BMS controlled airconditioning system with gas fired AHU's and air-cooled chilling plant
- Packaged boiler house
- LPHW system, hot & cold water system, gas system and ventilation system
Electrical:
- Incoming 20kv mv switch and transformer. LV switchgear complete with emergency generator and UPS back up. Lighting general services, fire detection and security systems integrated with BMS associated works
- Fire alarm and lighting protection
- Management and co-ordination of all services including construction drawings
