- HVAC Air Handling Units & associated ducting systems including a very low RH air supply to the moulding heads on the bottle moulding machines
- Installation of Steam & Condensate pipework linking into an existing steam boilerhouse, soon to be linked to a new CHP Plant
- Installation of CHW pipework and Condenser pipework for Adsorption chillers to Hybrid Cooling Towers
- Installation of LPHW pipework from a steam to LPHW heat exchanger
- Domestic Water Piperwork
- Air Conditioning system to the offices and lab
- Installation of Building Management System and instrumentation
- Air & waterside commissioning of the above systems. Commissioning and controlled handover of the systems in a phased manner as production equipment is installed and brought on line
Electrical
- Install Main LV Boards
- Install Mains Cables from the HT transformers to the LV Boards
- Install Sub Distribution Boards and all Cabling from LV Boards
- Install all power cabling to HVAC Plant
- Install all small power
- Install LV Power to moulding plant
- Install all data cabling and data installation
- Install fire alarm and interface with the existing factory alarm, HVAC controls and moulding machines and conveyor systems
- The earthing installation
- The lightning protection installation
- Security System
