Mechanical upgrade to the H&I Department, Radiology Department and refurbishment to the Outpatients Department
Scope of Works:
This project consisted of an upgrade to existing areas and services. The work was carried out alongside operational areas and integrated into existing live systems. The LPHW, water services and medical gases pipework systems were upgraded and rerouted to suit the new layout Existing boilers and air handling equipment were upgraded and replaced Ductwork routes and sizes were altered to accommodate the revised layout and operational requirements Supply and installation of bedhead trunking and medical gases The systems were connected to and integrated with the existing systems within the hospital Supervision of all the alterations to the existing building management system controlling the plant equipment All services were installed, tested and commissioned to HTM standards
