Mechanical:
- Fit out of fourth floor and landlord areas
- Ventilation AC systems comprising of a Mitsubishi VRF system
- 4 No. 100kw Gas Fired AHU and 4 Extract Air Handling Units
- Installation of full rainwater pipe system
- Fire hose reel protection system within basement and undercroft car park including FHR Booster Set and 4000l Water Tank
- 40,000l cold water storage system including 5,000l mains water break tank serving mains and cold water supply
- Cylon BMS control system
- 4.38metres squared tubular solar collector system and 500l pre-heat cylinder
- 60kw boiler serving all landlords heating and hot water services
- Landlord toilet extract system
- Radiator and trench heating system within landlord areas
Electrical:
- Fit out of fourth floor and landlord areas
- LV switchgear and associated sub-boards
- Call refuge system
- Disabled toilet alarm
- Fire detection system
- Complete internal and external lighting installation
- Building lightning protection system
