The Power industry is a growing sector and Dornan has dedicated management and technical expertise to the continued growth of this business sector.

Dornan has executed a number of prestigious power projects over the years. Where a client has chosen to award a contract to Dornan either on an EPC (Engineering, Procure & Construct) or a Construction only basis, Dornan typically work hand on hand with the clients project team and the Turbine Vendor to ensure a complete understanding of the scope is developed. Generally Dornan will take responsibility of the complete Balance of Plant (BOP) electrical, control & instrumentation systems. Dornan would also take responsibility for the building services and HVAC requirement on the project.

To enable the environmentally safe use of oil, gas, peat, coal and renewable energy resources to generate power, Dornan works with major construction partners and energy providers to optimise these power generation facilities. We install and commission power generation units, earthing, and control automation systems in both new and existing power generation locations across the globe.
